Aeolus can apply resource controls that CloudBSD already understands — RCTL and related caps — so a noisy container does not starve the host.
Honest limits
- Memory and process caps — constrain what a jail may consume before it hurts neighbors.
- RCTL-backed knobs — use the host’s resource control framework rather than inventing a parallel quota story.
- Per-service budgets — size web, database, and workers differently inside one ensemble.
What this is not
Limits are only as good as the host configuration and the knobs you set. Aeolus does not claim magic isolation beyond CloudBSD’s own jail and RCTL facilities.
